　2. 針對(duì)這樣的詢(xún)盤(pán)，主要是分析客戶(hù)的目的和要求，抓住重點(diǎn)詞和主要意思。比如“expand, Collate price and specification”。根據(jù)獲取的信息，有步驟，有的放矢地回復(fù)郵件。
